Turbo Tax is much better. This app is not good.

This product is hard to work through. Can't change numbers in fields. Turbo Tax is much better.

Not foolproof but as good as going to a professional accountant, as they can mess up if you don't provide all your information in detail & clearly. Definitely handles the routine stuff easily.

My first and last time with HRBlock

This software is not easy to use, noit easy to find documents after the fact. The software made a colossal error. I even drove down to the local HRBlock and they didn't even understand their own software.

It double charged me for an extension that the IRS DENIED I fixed it and it charged me again and won’t refund my money horrible!!!
