I didn't read the fine print. Assistance no longer included. Not worth the money without that service included.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Poor explanation of 1098-T Tuition

Had to amended federal and state tax returns because of poor explanation of how to properly account for 1098-T tuition variation.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Activation number would not work . when they gave me replacement number irs would not accept return . am now prepating everything by hand . next year will be turbotax.

Unable to print either return

I have received my Federal refund, so I know the submission message was accurate. However, since I have not been able to view or print my returns, Federal and PA, I haven't been able to submit what I owe PA or complete my local return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Accuracy check not perfect, hours getting help

Filed a return that got rejected even though the accuracy software said it was okay. Spent hours getting online help. Finally by the grace of the Holy Spirit in a bizarre sequence of events got William. He was great and resolved my problem. Thanks William, good job.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Helps with preparing my Taxes

I have been buying this for several years and it has worked well. However this year we got a note from the IRS that we had underpaid (relatively a small amount) and we had to send that amount with interest charges
Pros: Easy to prepare
