This is the sixth year I have used this to file my personal taxes. Six = very pleased!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

IG complaint to this year's version. I hate downloading it. I want to disc. I am familiar with use and it is a breeze to use. I spent hours trying to get this year's version to work. I finally did but it was a huge pain in the a##. Continue to use the download if your want but please offer an option to get a disc. Thank you

I HAVE USED H & R BLOCK SOFTWARE FOR YEARS . THEY ALWAYS HAVE JUST WHAT I NEED AND THE PROGRAM IS SO EASY TO LOAD ON MY COMPUTER AND THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE EASY TO FOLLOW. THANKS GUYS KEPT UP THE GREAT WORK.

Switched several years ago from Turbo Tax to H&R. It was a great move. Could not be easier. Great simple interview process.

I've used H&R block Deluxe for 10+ years now and it seems to get easier. Have found no problems with the code or its ability to handle everything I throw at it. Will continue using.

EVEN TOLD ME TO CHECK ON ONE LINE THAT I HAD NOT SEEN . THIS WAS ABOUT THE 2ND STIMULAS CHECK THAT I HAD NIT RECEIVED , BUT IT MADE SURE I TOLD THEM SO NO PROBLEM WITH MY RETURN HAPPENED.

Bought this product because TurboTax will no longer operate with my IOS. Product was easy to load and operation was flawless. Transferred prior year taxes and added state taxes....again no issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
