Super easy

Only issue I had was the ID PIN from IRS location as it was two layers deep in the menus with zero search results to find it.
Also could not find a way to save the raw data return. PDF and print were the only options.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

H&R Block software is easy to follow and understand. Makes doing taxes less of a pain.

Processing my returns for both State and Federal Returns was extremely smooth and the software was very easy to use , including the electronic filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

... I went toe-file both Federal and state returns. I wasn't allowed to because the state's forms need an correction on something the wasn't there, to need correcting, in the first place (in federal for my state). In the long run, I e-filed federal okay. Not state ... I have to mail it in with all of the forms. DOUBLE UGH!

The fact that I pay for the software while others can go on line and Efile for free and I have to pay for e filing my state taxes isn't right. I understand you can not do all returns for free and I am willing to to pay for the software but I feel I should be able to also efile my state taxes for free

Misleading packaging

We have used HRBlock products for the past 5 years. We receive it in the mail. We anticipated getting the usual CD but we're very disappointed that it contained a cardboard looking fake CD. We had to go to the library to download online version as our mobile hotspot could not download program.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
