Absolutely Love This Tax Program

I've been using H&R Block tax programs for 10+ years. This program is so easy to use, so thorough and really takes the stress out of filing my tax return. I love that it imports all my information from the previous year. That alone saves a lot of time inputting information. Plus they send me my copy automatically each year so I don't have to go out to purchase it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Worked okay except for filing.

Was able to complete forms okay. But when I tried filing, it rejected my credit card 3 times. Checked my credit card and it had charged me 3 times. Had to use a different card, and I hope I get my money back for the triple charged filing fee. Called customer service, but the wait time was going to be 35 minutes...
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

STARTED GETTING READY IN DECEMBER, WORKED ON IT A LITTLE IN JANUARY, BUT NOW FIRST FULL WEEK OF FEB AND IT IS ALL DONE.

Still waiting a week for efile status to be accept

Filled out everything. EFiled on 1/31/21 and on 2/5/21 the Efile status has not changed and I cannot talk to a human being about it.
Does not allow Estates or deceased person correctly.
No way to know if is really accurate or calculating the tax correctly.

Problem with H&R Block electronic tax filing

I successfully electronically filed my Federal tax return with H&R Block Deluxe software and the H&R instructions say that the IRS will normally accept or reject a tax return within 6-8 hours, and the IRS will respond with 48 hours. It has now been 6 days since I filed and the H&R software says the IRS review is still pending. The H&R instructions does not address this situation and I do not know what to do. My refund is in limbo and I need those funds ASAP. I recommend no one use H&R block until this issue is resolved.

February 12, 2021 so it worked out fine. thanks
