Overall Excellent Product. Some issues with printing - software printed "not for filing" when the click specified "as filed" documents. Had to result to printing individual forms. Could not directly find how to enter direct deposit information. Since there is a cost to e-file state and state filing is simple, I choose to mail in the state form to save the money. State e-filing should be included when federal e-filing is purchased.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Overall experience is quite good. H&R Block has been used for a number of years, and for the most p[art, is a well done product. Some glitches are encountered, but they are easily overcome. If there is one addition that could be made,, the software would be even better, and that is: enable the user to easily enlarge the pages. I can’t figure out how to do it, and these eyes just don’t see as well as they once did.

I've been using the Block Deluxe software for several years.....and love it.The user is kind of led by the nose through the tax jungle. Block asks the right questions and all one needs to do is track down the required data. I use Ameriprise as my financial advisor and find it EXTREMELY helpful to be able to download all of their information directly to the right fields in the Block program and the tax forms.In addition, if one used the Block software last year, it automatically brings forward all the pertinent information to this year's tax forms. I would never be able to do my taxes by just relying on the instructions provided on the tax forms alone.
