Downloaded the software this year. Found out that I felt much more comfortable using the hard disc info. It seems easier to get my questions answered.

We have been using H&R block for the past 9 years. It makes doing taxes so easy, I never stress out, which used to happen all the time with other tax programs. I am not saying they haven't gotten better over the years, but this my go to program for our taxes.
