I have been using this for years, but this was my first time using the WI state tax forms. The state reduced my refund calculated by your software because your software gave me a $300 property tax credit for rent paid which the state says I was not owed because my rent did not pay for property taxes.

The worst

It stinks. You have to download THEIR pdf software to be able to save your file. Upselling at every turn. Unbelievable. Very complicated. And of course it was rejected by the IRS. This whole business is corrupt to the core. ES&D
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Program was great as usual only had one problem cause wonderful covered calif messed up and one payment was not made. This forced to fill out an additional form FTB3853. This form was very confusing there just wasn't enough information provided with the filling of this form. A drop down menu only had a couple of choices but did not cover what my situation dictated. I went on google and was advised to disregard the drop down menu and type in Z for the 11 months where payments were made. Once I did this the form was finally accepted by the state without errors.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
