Very easy to use especially for those inexperienced with self filing, where the interview/wizard REALLY makes thigs go smoothly. For experienced self-filers it's a bit cumbersome entering information other than through the interview but works fine. The product continues to evolve each year, with improved integration with other software (ex. Quicken), payroll services, financial institutions, even PDF scans of tax forms to avoid re-keying (or data entry mistakes).

I've been using H&R Block tax software to do my own income taxes for over 10 years and it's a great product. We've never been audited, despite owning a small retail business and reporting business income on a Schedule C. It steps you through the income, deductions and credits sections, which allows you to gather the paperwork and evidence you need at the right time. I highly recommend it and will use it again for this coming year.
