Missouri software has an error.

When I got to line 37 of Missouri form MO-1040 where I should have been able to insert the amount that was withheld for the State from my yearly IRA withdrawal the line had the number 4018 in it and wouldn't allow me to change it to the correct amount of 1017.62 from form 1099. After going back through the form several times the software continued to put the wrong amount in line 37. I filled out a form 1040 on the Missouri web site and submitted that to the state instead of the form generated by your software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The last 2 years 2024 and 2025 after electronically filing I received notice from the IRS that I had to supply them with my w2's etc. to prove my income and withholding amounts ! Why ?!!!

Program worked well, but when i got to the end to file. It recommended that I needed to file my federal and My state together, and when I did I automatically got charged me a fee for my Federal filing (state always has a fee) and it was supposed to be free. An added unexpected fee, as I was supposed to get 5 free Federal filings.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
