The software itself is easy to use. However, if you need help, the online chat is worthless. Also, when you call the 888 number, the AI is also worthless. When I finally got through to a person, my question was answered in a minute. I have the transcript of my online chat to show what I mean. 45 minutes wasted with a one minute question.

I've been using the software for close to 10 years without any issue. What few questions I've had were easily solved through the help feature. They also have local offices in town if I need real help. I've personally never had to use them, but nice to know that option exists.

Its slow and poor user interface. It says federal and state on the box but then they charge you additional to file state again! SCAM
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
