Imported data accurately. Would have been nice if program noted why an entry was invalid. Moving from QA section to form section is not as easy as it is in Turbo-Tax. On-line and phone support are useless. However, program did the job.

Would NEVER recommend ANY State Return. Federal is fine. State is expensive, and you may very well end of filing yourself on the state site. Don't by the state program. Expensive, and often you are stuck because if the state rejects your return for ANY reason, you will have to either mail in your return (sort of defeats the purpose), or simply do your state return online (normally free). To be fair, I have never had a problem with the Federal program. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER do ANY state return again...

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block tax software for many years. It is simple, efficient and informative. The explanations for the aspects I don't understand are excellent. Filing is easy and the review process to check if all is accurate is very reliable. I would never use any other software for my taxes.
