Its a good program but need more features to delete old files and printing more options to print forms.

This is an excellent tax software but there is one improvement that I think would make this product better. You should be able to print or save reports, including Tax Summary and Income Summary. Just be able to view these reports makes them practically useless for tax planning and estimate tax estimate. I find not being able to save or print these reports very frustrating!

I've used this program for 20 years and have never needed assistance until this year. I called 8 times and every time they lied and said a tier 2 tech would get back to me. It never happened. I'm going to look for a new company to use
