Long time user and I have never had any issues with the software nor with the validity of the tax return.
Once when I upgraded to a new computer I called the technical support folks for help with getting the prior versions of the software on my new computer and it went seamlessly.

As usual, the software worked well for the fairly limited returns that I prepare for myself and family members. It handles Schedules A, B, C, and D quite well. I love the ease of state prep, as the software does necessary adjustments.
