I use the Federal and State combination home. It steps me thru each area easily. I don't have to log into a federal and state site each time I want to add or review my postings. I upload my filings thru the software. It lets me to compare previous years returns against current year for any unusual differences.

After the first year, it carries all needed information forward so we don't have to worry about making a simple mistake (say social security number typed in wrong) that could slow up our refund. Really like its capability of downloading information from our investment sites. Can do our entire taxes in less than a day.
