Software was easy to use but getting answers was somewhat difficult as support is designed to only address specific issues not all questions. It would be better if it included free filing of state return.

I would not recommend this product. For whatever reason, it would not let us e-File. Error kept saying "Incorrect AGI" from 2019.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

After purchase Block sent me a download link that did not work. Contacting support took three weeks of calling at various times. No on line chat available. Software is just OK. Will consider other products next year.
