good software, would be nicer if you could run 'what if?' scenarios to determine impact of changes. And sometimes it's hard to get your situation into the 'box' the software is looking to put you in. This year it was the OH state portion that didn't want to understand my local city tax situation. But overall quite good and reliable.

I have been using your software to prepare our taxes for approximately 10 years. It is very user friendly and I can usually finish with my prior year's taxes within 2-3 hours. The key is to keep all tax information in one handy folder and to also use a spreadsheet.
