Preparation sheet that tells you how to file by mail does not tell you to include schedule 1 in with your 1040 form which will result in IRS rejecting your return.
The online version was clunkier than I'd hoped and the instructions for purchasing the software were confusing. Once I got everything loaded, all was well. I've been using this software for over fifteen years and i see no reason to stop.
Federal program is excellent, have been using it 15+ years. Have also tried the big competitor, prefer H&R Block much more. If the Federal program is A+, the state program is C- at best. Basically expects you know exactly what you're doing.
