The software told me to check with my tax advisor too many times when it should have known how to deal with an issue.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

One significant issue forces me to think less of the 2020 version of this tax software. The problem is that it will not allow me to electronically submit the (Maryland) state forms because Box 19 of my W2 forms does not contain an entry. Prior to this year, I have been happily using the H&R Block program.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
