When I imported a file from turbo tax, it imported the prior year AGI as -0-, it was not! when I did an override on the -0- with the correct amount, the IRS would not accept the return. I will definitely stay with turbo tax.

Requires the user to find some facts on their own, but those are few and far between. The help feature will answer a lot of questions for you. I have used it for 20 years and have no intention to try any other tax program.

I have used this for close to 20 years. I love the product. The interview process makes completing the taxes easy and complete. I only went 3 stars because in the last two years I have encountered minor glitches and am not happy with getting support. I have literally spent hours both on the phone and online waiting my turn only to be told I need to call back or be contacted by different departments. It is cumbersome and ineffective. I really never got help this year so I maybe counting on the audit support down the road.
