I would give zero stars if possible. My boyfriend got his identity stolen doing his taxes there, and has not gotten a tax return, stimulus or anything for years now. He keeps suffering due to your mistake. Its the most unfair thing ive ever seen from any company.

Easy to use especially when it automatically fills in information from the previous year which saves a lot of time. Cost is very reasonable and you know it's accurate and will be accepted by the IRS with no problems.

There have been a few things each year over the last several years that have left me wanting when using the software (I have used Taxcut and HR Block for many years now), but this year there was something that really left me agrivated. I was not able to file online due the fact the software said that last year's AGI did not match what the government had on file, when in fact it did. I checked on the government site, and verified last year's AGI was exactly what I had in the program. I tried several times without success and finally had to print out my return and file via US Mail.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
