Product would not submit electronically. Very disappointed. Also many forms especially around COVID were poorly put together with really lousy help.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

The software is organized very well and was easy to use. I was surprised at the end that I had to pay to electronically submit my taxes that when added to the original cost made it as expensive as the competitor I have used for years.

I've been using H&R Block tax software for the last 5 years. I am very satisfied. Directions are clear and the package is easy to follow with plenty of helpful advice as you go along. I don't see myself ever using any other software product to do my federal and state taxes.

My only complaint is that the web site info does not use big enough print to say there is not a CD disc. I prefer to have a disc. Also, the final screen said I had a slight risk of an audit but did not tell me why.

Online help is very generic. Block says they have read every word in the US tax code, but they haven't put much of it into their help system. Telephone help dropped call after answering after 40 minute wait.
