Love software in general. However, the one time I needed assistance, Difficult to get assistance on maneuvering a software issue. Held for 1 1/2 hrs and call was dropped. When reached someone, they couldn’t answer my question. Finally had to pay for efile assistance in a block office.

Cons: Time consuming
