I'm giving this a low rating because I didn't like the fact I downloaded 2 state returns but it would not electronical file the 2nd state I had the mail it in that's why you're getting a 2 star rating for me I don't know if this was a problem but when I talk to the lady on the line she said when the federal Got except it I should be able to Pay for the e-filing of my 2nd state but it would not let me this I had a printed out and mail it in.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Product changed from previous years with multiple step to answer questions. The state program was incomplete which would have cost $1000 plus dollars.

Easy to use. Step by step instructions were clear. My only complaint is that state e-filing should be free also, rather than having to re-copy all the information.

I have a rental house. When filling out the information on the rental income it stated Total Monthly Rent. I misinterpreted this to mean one months rent. I sent the return in before I realized it meant yearly rent income and I had to submit an amended form to both Federal and State. This caused me a lot of additional time and anguish! It should have said yearly rent not monthly rent. I hope you change this on next years program!
