Great federal, ok on state (MD). Good federal interview and good mapping of info to forms. State was good in doing forms but wouldn’t e-file. Had to go re-do it using MD iFile online/web service

I've been using H&R Block software for over 10 years. The current version is as good as the earlier ones. Generally well designed and easy to use. Some of the fonts on the print are getting harder to read as I get older. I have used other software programs as a VITA preparer for a number of years. They were all similar to Block but generally not as easy to use with no training.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
