I've used this product for years, but consider it vague when looking for something out of the ordinary. Like the disposition of numbers entered from a trust k1. I am not convinced that all my entries were properly handled. I could see where some flowed into my return but not others. And handling the data verification couldn't be more confusing.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a problem using for 2020 taxes. Use this every year to file no problems. This year my fed keeps getting rejected for 2019 AGI not matching IRS or H&R records but this is incorrect. My fed and state efiles are on hold in error and keeping my refund from getting to me
