Price keeps going up, but it's still a pretty good deal. It's not always completely intuitive, but not too bad. I got easy access to help through the chat. After using it for five years, I haven't found any errors in it.

Program has a lot of defects I had to correct in order to e-file as these were built in default checks that were wrong. Also wording on Schedule D is wrong for line 13 as it refers to Form 8814 which has no pertinent data and should instead refer to the dividends in Schedule B.

Incomplete and inaccurate are the best way to describe this software. Ended up not being able to file even a simple return. Why have the user enter all information about relocation expense deductions only to be told they are only allowed for military personnel? Much better options out there that are less frustrating and cheaper.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
