Software is the basic interface some areas are limited explanation. The price is much better than TAX Act or TurboTAX. Overall a good product did not have all of the Arizona State forms for tax credits. So we could not e-file Arizona.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Was very upset when I was told half way through the 'interview' that my return required me to take it to a professional tax person. My return involved from K-1 that contained box 14 with an 'I'.

I had an issue while downloading state and contacted customer service for assistance. The issue turned out to be my error because I changed the folder to which the software was initially downloaded. I reinstalled the software to the correct folder and the state downloaded with no issue. The agent was patient and waited online until the process was complete. Great customer service.
