Poor interface and user experience

Would not let me electronically file a 2024 amended returj. AI features are primitive and not helpful. Would not respond to questions on actual numbers entered across different froms. Responds with bland responses to bland questions only. ChatGPT was much more helpful.
Interface hasn't changed in at least 10 years and user experience is poor. Will not use again.

The software does not replicate the IRS forms. The data needed may be there to complete the return but HRB’s lack of attention to detail makes it suspect.
