A useful tool to get the job done. Absolutely hate the price. Submitting STATE taxes should be free too. Why charge $$ to simply send a digital file??

I have used this software for years and it has worked flawlessly every time. Easy to use. I also do taxes for a few relatives and the software keeps everyone's tax returns separately to be transferred to the following year's preparation, so no need to enter all the personal information again.

Simple to use but guidance can be greatly improved and in plain English instead of financial / tax terms. I felt like the software did not do enough to help me understand the tax questions or possible scenarios.
