Very difficult to get direct answer to specific question. No phone number for 1 on 1 conversation and the chat format only refers you to publications or IRS. If no questions, the step by step is easy to navigate.

Love using the program, but don't like that it no longer includes the disc. Had to try several times to download, and don't have the disc to load onto a new computer if I need to.

Had always worked before - this year the worst ever - NONE of the downloads would load properly and I had to spend HOURS getting via a back door so I could do my taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
