Fairly easy to use as far as anything to do with filing Federal taxes. (Why can't the US govt just simplify taxes?)
The software did not import 1099 data from U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. while a competitor's slightly more expensive software would. Also would not import W-2 from Eastman Chemical Company Inc, but competitor does not appear to either. Used H&R Block Deluxe software anyway rather than pay more for competitor's product.

Intuitive. Easy to use. Most information can be downloaded. Processing of return is quick and efficient. Did not use the state filing features.

I've been satisfied with the this software until this year. The push within the software to get me to include the state was not to my liking. It was a minor struggle to convince your program that I would not be filling a state return with it.

Great software. Leads you along as if in an interview so you don't miss anything. When finished it searches for any conflicts or reasons for an audit and helps you avoid an audit.
Then it allows you to e-file your tax return to get a refund as fast as possible.
