A good stable program - been using it for over 10 years. Found a flaw last year and it transferred over to this year making me re-do the form a 2nd time. Some items once selected will not let you back out again.

Unable to print my tax forms, worked fine last 5 years until 2020 software was downloaded. Now I can't even print previous years that printed fine before. Contacted online help and got no where with them, still waiting for help with problem.

Short of 5 stars because of the previous yearly inputs I had regarding increasing the font without extending the characters outside of the page. It makes the info vague and incomprehensible. Small fonts make it harder for people like me with bad vision to read.
