The question about receiving my stimulus checks were bugged, it gave me an incorrect amount which resulted in a letter from the IRS. I answered as having received both my checks and it still gave me an extra 1200 which was later corrected by the IRS

I have used this program for years; I always think I am going to try turbo tax but I am reluctant to switch. Have to learn something new and I'm not sure if HRB data will transfer to Turbo. The HRB program works well enough but navigating for answers can be a chore and telephone customer service is slow. We have pretty simply taxes so it works.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
