A DISASTER! Decided to use this for my friends and my taxes this year. Forms were missing and many of the forms that needed to be completed had to be done manually instaed of the interview style. Back to Tax Act..................

I've been using this software for at least a decade, and it's super easy to use. The interviews by topic are incredibly helpful, particularly if I have a new scenario/circumstance from previous years. You can always check a topic and go through the questions answering No if you're not sure if it applies.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
