It did not load up my 2019 H&R tax return information, had to start from scratch. The display on the screen was very low quality & many of the go to button did not work. I will not be using you product anymore after being a customer for over 10 years. Since you stop sending out a disc, the whole download program is poor quality. A waste of my money

Have used this software for a few years now, and find it easy to use with one minor exception. As a Federal Annuitant I have to account for previous payments into the retirement fund to determine the amount of my annual annuity that is taxable. The Block software seems to change year-to-year how this is handled so it must be figured out EACH YEAR how to do the input to make it come out right. PICK ONE WAY and stick to it; would make life simpler.

This software is very easy to use and it is “user friendly”. I have been using H&R Block at home software for many years and fortunately it has always been successful and audit free. Also, knowing that you have backup support at any time is very reassuring.
