Did my State and Federal Taxes and was told that the State Form was complete. However, after sending the Tax Forms to both State and Fed. I discovered that on the state form 511-A Line 6 had not been completed. Line 6 is for qualified additlional income such as IRA's. The line max amount cannot exceed $10,000.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using this software for several years to do my taxes. I had a few questions in past years and the help line cleared up my issues. I cannot vouch for it for extremely complicated returns which are probably best left to the professionals but, for people like me, with pretty standard needs, it is an excellent choice. I cannot give it 5 stars because I haven't needed to use all of the features available and, as such, I do not feel competent.

Navigation in the review phase is still a bit confusing and difficult. I mail my state return because your e-file fee is unreasonably high - please reduce!
