I've been using versions of this software for several years now. I think it's pretty good for my situation. There are some quirks to figure out with regard to navigating between forms but I've gotten used to it. I don't have experience with other tax preparation software so I don't have anything to compare it to, sorry.

Importing from Turbotax was a pain. The instructions on how to do it were nonexistent. The program was very vanilla.
Cons: Hard to import documents
