State filing is not included, the instructions and steps for filing after moving interstate are terrible, and they charge an astronomical amount of you dare need a second state.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Hard to install without a disk. Have to call for help. Spent a lot of time following the instructions and software would not load. Not happy with the fact a disk is not included
