I've used this program since the mid 90s but this year there were some areas where it created a little confusion and where it was a little less straight forward as in past years. It also seemed a little more difficult to navigate within the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

The program works very well, especially interfacing with downloads from financial software. I ran into a couple issues, but they were minor. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars. But, I will definitely buy again. Next year, I'll be more prepared and the issues won't exist.

Gave this a try this year. Worked well enough but had several deficiencies as I see it.
The screen area was small and hard for me to see well. Poor color contrast many times.
Getting around from topic to topic was difficult. I often went in circles until I could figure out what instruction's meant.
There was too little space for single listing of my many charitable gifts, so I had to enter several on a single line, then add them for the total.
Too tedious.
Veery accurate when finished.

Does a good job with the federal return, state tax returns not so much. What they charge for additional states (I have to file in more than one) and to e-file a state return is ridiculous.
