This is my tenth year with HRBlock and it just keeps getting better! So intuitive and assumes my questions before asking. Shared results with my financial planner for his comparison and got a big thumbs up and a new devotee! Appreciate desire to go green this year without sending CD's. However, I was forced to CALL for tech support as provided download instructions did not work for me. Thankfully, phone support, while annoyingly time consuming, was typical HRB Superior quality!
Hopefully, it was just a one-time glitch and growing pain with new software sans CD. Looking forward to a FIVE STAR NEXT YEAR Too!

Incorrectly imported some investment data, chopped off part my email address in printed state forms, Backdoor Roth IRA instructions should be available. Has good access to forms. I’ve been using it for years so I’ve gotten pretty good at forcing it to work!

Sometimes crashes. If you need to "group transactions" for Schedule D it will take thousands of clicks and many hours to do this simple task.
