This was my first use and it wasn't bad. I got lost along the way a few times and had to hunt down how to enter certain information that I assumed would be part of the initial income portion - like investment dividends. I was able to figure it out. Over all a good product and will be using again next year.

User-friendly, easy to undertand, logical sequence.. Displays tax owed or refund as you fill in the info rather than "shocking" you at the end.
