I docked it 2 stars because I pay extra to get the state tax with mine, but still have to pay more to e-file though the software. I'm a tightwad to a degree, but I think the service should be provided considering the cost to purchase the service in the first place. A couple of years ago I wound up owing more state tax than the software calculated for me, so some attention to detail was a bit overlooked. At least for now it seems to be more secure than it's main competitor.
I also preferred to have a CD/DVD to load the program with. Call me old fashion. If I by chance didn't have internet access of any decent speed to download it, this online purchase could have really been a bugger to deal with.
Outside of that, it's basically okay. A bit hard to navigate, but then that goes along with taxes by nature.
