easy to use - accurate and imports forms seamlessly. Have been using it for over 10 years. The only issue I have is getting a copy of the return from several years ago to load thru the program - the older programs keep wanting to up date before they will open the filed copy
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The H&R Block Deluxe 2020 software was really, really good. There were still some things that were confusing or missing or in a different version or just not needed now that write offs for taxes has been limited.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

HRB apparently was not prepared to handle RMDs returned (rolled over) as per the CARES act. They had plenty of time to do so.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare
