Could not e-file, received an error each time about the AGI amount not matching IRS. Pulled the IRS transcript and the AGI was correct, could not reach a live person to discuss. Virtual assistant did not have any FAQ's for this problem . Had to print and file through the mail so rating a 3 overall for the program.
Software is fine, better than my experiences with Turbo Tax.

It is pretty easy to use until you have something more complicated to deal with, like capital gains losses carried over to the next years. Also not intuitive for computing gambling losses after entering winnings from a W2G.
