I have been using their tax software since 1993. It is very easy to use. All you have to do is click on only those questions upon which you have received 1099s, W-2s, Social Security, etc. Very easy to understand. Have never had a problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Importing data from my W-2 didn't transfer over the employer ID#. It wreaked havoc on my return by not recognizing the health insurance deductions (until the employer ID was updated. Thank goodness this omission was found in the error check, or it would have been a 1 star.
