For the most part, the software was easy to use, but a couple of things required a lot of searching to figure out how/where to enter the financial data. And the disk image backup process did not work even though the software stated that it was successfully completed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The federal refund process was super easy and straight forward. Probably one of my best experiences. The state was sufficient, but definitely a lot less intuitive and intelligent. Some of the line numbers referenced by state in my 1040 seemed incorrect, and I felt like I was spending a lot more time making sure I was putting in the correct info.
I also don't like that they try to subtly get you to let them sell your information at the beginning.
