Although my returns over the years have been relatively simple, H&R Block S/W has served me well without any significant problems. Support, when called upon, has been friendly and provided answers to questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

AZ State Tax software package for 2020 was incomplete forcing me to file by mail and go find the missing tax form myself! HhR Block refused to correct the error in their state software package.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
