- If your finances are not complicated, It’s much less expensive than having someone do it for you. If you do not fully understand a particular tax rule you can get a better understanding by clicking on the ‘in-text’ blue link and reading a more in-depth explanation.
- If your previous year’s taxes are on your computer or ‘Cloud’ storage, all of that information is filled in automatically which saves time and eliminates the possibility of most mistakes.

I was stuck in turbo mode for many years, but not annoyed enough to explore other options. That is, until last year after a major error occurred, confirmed by a CPA. Getting help from the turbo empire was an exercise in futility. H&R Block's software makes it so much easier to step through the process and provides easy-to-understand guidance along the way. My biggest concern was retrieving the year-to-year information embedded in last year's tax forms. H&R Block's software did so flawlessly, flagging imported information for verification. All was imported without error. I regret not having made the move years ago.

Not great. Topics go unexplained, process is not clear, doesn't even print everything when you click print return... On the past it does print, it says before you send this, print this other thing and include it. Just not used friendly at all any more. No meaningful updates in over a decade.

It was very difficult loading program ... A CD would have been much easier as in prior years... Also the printer refused to print return... Do not think I will use this again.
