Your software is very poor and difficult to use for ordinary people. Many places ask to fill out actual form or worksheet because you cannot define proper questions. I am just using it because I doing so for a while. It is possibility that I may use Turbotax next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using HR Block tax software for years without a problem except for some software issues which HR Block ignores - fails to fix even though error has been reported by others and acknowledged by HR Block help personnel. That is my only disappointment with the software. Fortunately I am tax savvy and know how to work around the software issue.

Cons: Time consuming

Really bad. Said my girlfriend was disabled and we couldn’t get it to change. Tried to get help and the chat wouldn’t work. Didn’t find a phone number. Ended up taking the taxes to a friend that had Turbo Tax. That was quick and easy.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
