Overall, great product; used since 2011.
Fast data transfer from prior year, ease of use, explanations, prompts. No problems with Federal and state (CA) filing acceptance - ever. Would give five stars, except current iMac iOS update ( Big Sur) is not apparently compatible with data on H&R software prior to 2017. Not a big deal, since I have a printed hard copy of every year, and only last year’s is downloaded to current year.
But,..... still. My Mac says contact vendor for compatibility update for those years.
That hassle I won’t pursue.

Could not file electronic even after getting agi for 2019 from irs. The help desk is totally worthless. Takes hours to get a live body and then they disconnect.
