No integrity. When you sell a state the e-file for that state is expected. If you ask more money for that it is exposing your greed and cannot recommend to anybody else.

I find it very easy to understand. It does not jumble instructions with a lot of legal tax words. It's simple and the guides along the way are easy to follow.
